Refund policy

At Omni Fashions, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Please note: We do not offer cash refunds or exchanges. All returns are eligible for store credit only, which can be applied to any future purchase at Omni Fashions.

How to Return an Item:
    •    Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
    •    To initiate a return, don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team at [omnifashions92@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return.
    •    Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send back the item.
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Store Credit:
    •    Store credit will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
    •    Store credit does not expire and can be used online or in-store (if applicable).
    •    Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
